At this time, it appears psychological and emotional abuse is not recognized neither systemically nor in the country’s court system. Bullying causing fatalities is common or known. Bullying in the home is ignored, the risks and lifetime damages to children and caring or non-abusive family members is the same. Courts have routinely been making the non abusive parent non custodial, for reporting abuse by a parent to whom custody is then abruptly switched, compounding the damages and destroying children’s and caring family members’ lives immediately, and far into the future when trauma is not dealt with or healing is prevented.
