The Sheila Wellstone Institute, in partnership with CONNECT, will host Camp Sheila Wellstone for Protective Mothers.
This two-day training is designed to empower women who have experienced violence and who have worked or are in the process of working to gain custody of their children. Skills that will be taught include self-care and healing, activism and empowerment, and community organizing and policy solutions.
